It is wonderful to see such a tremendous turnout for this event. And thank you Chairman Majoras for your inspiring remarks. Not only do I admire the FTC�s efforts to educate all Americans on the important issue of identity theft, I appreciate the proactive measures your agency has taken to enhance the security of its own networks. DHS and FTC are working together to address this formidable cyber security challenge. As the lead Federal Government agencies for consumer protection and infrastructure protection, we have learned that individual and enterprise cyber security are really two sides of the same coin.

Bill O'Reilly rants, raves and blubbers when his Catholic ox is gored, but it's perfectly alright when his buddy Ann Coulter gores the Jews sacred cow. Is there no one to defend the Jews from Ann Coulter's vicious anti-Semitism? What are they? Chopped liver? Certainly not Bill 0'Reilly who raved on for an hour on the Radio Factor and again on the TV Factor that the only group that can be bashed with impunity is Christians; Catholics in particular. Apparently he can vent his righteous indignation on behalf of his own church and Christianity in general, but what of the demeaning of Jews and Judaism from the mouth of his good friend Ann Coulter? This from a man who constantly proclaims to have the deepest respect for all "the folks" regardless of their ethnicity or religious beliefs. Yeah! Right! Only when it's convenient for him.

THE country's senior judge warned yesterday of heavier sentences in Scotland than in England to try to curb the boom in cannabis factories north of the Border. Lord Hamilton, the Lord Justice- General, said even those who play a relatively minor role in the cultivation of large quantities of cannabis plants should expect jail terms of four or five years. .
